PetroChina Begins Production at CDU in Jieyang

Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--China's PetroChina Guangdong Petrochemical Company started production at the end of October at the Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) 2 at its refinery complex in the city of Jieyang. Its product will be utilized as feedstock for trial runs at other refining units.

Other major units at the Jieyang complex, including the CDU 1, fluid catalytic cracker unit (FCCU), and continuous catalytic reformer (CCR) units 1 and 2 are undergoing final commissioning.
