PetroChina Guangdong Completes Grassroot Refinery

Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--PetroChina Guangdong Petrochemical Company Limited (Jieyang, China) on February 27 completed final commissioning and started the commercial production of its newly launched refinery complex in Guangdong province, south China. The facility had been under construction since May 2019.

The complex has a total crude refining capacity of 400,000 barrels per day, making it PetroChina's single-largest investment of its kind in China.
