Peru´s state oil company, Petroperu S.A., is advancing with its modernization project at the 65,000-barrel-per-day Talara Refinery. After the interruption of project activities in 2020, from March to June, due to COVID-19 pandemic concerns, the project is now 93% complete and is planned for completion in late November 2021.
