ADNOC plans to shut its 85,000-BBL/d Umm Al Nar Refinery by yearend 2021, reducing the company's capacity to 817,000 BBL/d.
Meanwhile, its 400,000-BBL/d Ruwais Refinery 3 project is in limbo due to poor market conditions. The project entails constructing an integrated refinery and petrochemical complex.
