Industrial Info is tracking over 225 new (recently tracked) projects valued at more than $2.35 billion dollars in the Food & Beverage Industry in the U.S. and Canada since the beginning of spring season during the COVID-19 pandemic. More than 65 of the projects are plant expansion and equipment additions (almost 30% of all project types). See chart below for project count by type.
