June 27, 2023--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--A unit of Duke Energy Corporation (NYSE:DUK) (Charlotte, North Carolina), Duke Energy Indiana, announced that it will sign a power purchase agreement (PPA) for up to 199 megawatts (MW) of solar energy being developed by Ranger Power (Chicago, Illinois) at a solar facility in Indiana.
The PPA will cover the output from the Speedway solar project that Ranger is developing across 1,700 acres in Shelby County, Indiana.
