In California, Suffolk is wrapping up general contracting services on Phase I of a biotech campus redevelopment project in South San Francisco for private equity firm The Blackstone Group (NYSE:BX) (New York, New York). The $225 million project kicked off in late 2017 and is the first of five planned phases that will demolish all existing structures and replace them with five or six new buildings totaling 1 million or more square feet.
