SARA, a Rubis and Sol Group joint venture, is back to running its 16,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Antilles, Martinique refinery at 100% capacity. The refinery had been offline since early April for planned repairs, and in response to a drop in demand due to COVID-19 pandemic concerns. Maintenance plans include completing pending repairs in October, since only minor works were performed during the earlier downtime. The October work is expected to last about 40 days.
