Celina Aluminum Precision Technology Expands in Ohio

Located on 7059 Staeger Road in Celina, Ohio, construction is slated to start in the middle of October and is scheduled for completion by 2005. Construction will consist of a 78,000 square foot building housing new die-casting and finishing production lines. Ferguson Construction Company, headquartered in Sidney, Ohio, was awarded the design-build engineering and construction contract for the project. Since its establishment in 1920, Ferguson Construction specializes in industrial, institutional and commercial design-build construction. With offices located in Sidney, Columbus and Dayton, Ohio, this $65 Million company has over 300 employees.
Celina Aluminum Precision Technology was founded over seven years ago. In 1999, Celina underwent a $13.4 Million expansion, which consisted of a 60,000 square foot addition to its Celina plant. This summer the company completed construction of a new 30,000 square foot research center in Celina. Celina Aluminum is a Subsidiary of Honda Foundry Company of Japan and supplies parts to the Honda of America engine plant in Anna, Ohio (Plant 1502366).
