North America
Marathon started a 32-day planned turnaround, which involves four units, on March 9 at its 210,000-BBL/d Robinson, Illinois, refinery.

Phillips 66 will return the 67,000-BBL/d Crude Unit 28 at its 145,000-BBL/d Borger, Texas, refinery, to full rates, today, March 16, after it was de-rated by 50% on March 8 for a furnace decoking.

Pemex TRI continues as scheduled with the mechanical portion of a 30-day planned turnaround of the 5,800-BBL/d methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) and 6,000-BBL/d propane de-asphalter (PDA) units, which began March 1, at its 243,000-BBL/d Salamanca, Mexico, refinery.

International
Sonatrach has accelerated a 45-day, plant-wide planned maintenance shutdown, which includes six major units, at its 430,000-BBL/d Skikda Refinery in Algeria. The turnaround, previously scheduled for April 4, is now expected to begin on April 1. Expectations are to complete repairs and restart the refinery by May 15.

KNPC continues with a 28-day planned maintenance shutdown of the 122,000-BBL/d CDU 5 unit, which began February 22, at its 346,000-BBL/d Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery in Kuwait. Expectations are to complete repairs and restart the unit by March 20.

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is planning an eight-day, refinery-wide BS-VI hook-up shutdown, which will tentatively begin June 2, at its 300,000-BBL/d Paradip Refinery in India. Expectations are to complete the hook-up jobs and restart the refinery by June 9.
