Indonesia's Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources estimates several power plant projects that were scheduled for completion this year will instead experience delays due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

The project setbacks are likely to occur because most of the construction resources, both human and equipment, come from countries plagued by the COVID-19 outbreak, including China, South Korea and Europe.
