Nissan is constructing a $930 million, 4 million sqft factory on a 1,200 acre site to produce over 250,000 full-size passenger trucks and sports utility vehicles (SUV) per year.

Construction of the plant is scheduled to be completed by the summer of 2003 and will employ over 4,000 workers.
