Construction began in fall 2007 on the 308,000-square-foot building and is substantially completed. Final start-up for the new building is expected within the next month. The new center, located on 54 acres adjacent to a CSX Corporation (NYSE:CSX) intermodal center in the Buffalo Lakeside Commerce Park, will replace the company's existing temporary operations in Buffalo and will support the company's regional ground freight distribution operations. The distribution center was constructed on land that was originally dormant industrial property.
