The vacuum resid slurry hydrocracker (VRSH) unit will utilize Chevron's proprietary technology to increase the yield of diesel, petrol and jet fuels from heavy and ultra-heavy crude oils. The project is anticipated to begin construction mid-2008 and be completed in 2010.
