Pemex TRI has postponed the 2021 turnaround program at its 270,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Cadereyta, Mexico, refinery. The plan, which includes four units among other associated units, has been delayed several times in the past year. It is now delayed until first-quarter 2022, mainly due to a lack of a budget and a labor force shortage thanks to workers being reassigned to work on the Dos Bocas Refinery construction project.
