Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Nissan North America, Incorporated (Franklin, Tennessee), a division of Nissan Motor Company, Limited (OTC:NSANY) (Chuo-ku, Japan), has commenced the construction of a $25 million national parts and redistribution center in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. The firm plans to construct the 720,000-square-foot facility on a site of 59 acres.
Opus Corporation (Minnetonka, Minnesota) has been picked to develop the facility. Opus Northwest is overseeing construction of the building, and Opus Architects & Engineers designed the building.
E. Smith Heating & Air Conditioning, Incorporated (Marietta, Georgia) was chosen to do the electrical work, and Gipson Mechanical Contractors (Memphis, Tennessee) was chosen to do the mechanical work.
