Qatar Petroleum to Supply LNG to Zeebrugge Terminal in Belgium, an Industrial Info Market Brief

Under a long-term agreement between Qatar Petroleum and Belgian independent natural gas transport company Fluxys Belgium, Qatar Petroleum will supply liquefied natural gas (LNG) to the Zeebrugge terminal in Belgium up to 2044.

The Zeebrugge LNG terminal has 380,000 cubic meters of LNG storage capacity spread over four tanks and an annual throughput capacity of 9 billion cubic meters of natural gas. A fifth 180,000-cubic meter storage tank is under construction.
