Exelon Generation Company LLC, today, May 17, was forced to take the 1,112-MW Peach Bottom 02 unit offline at its Peach Bottom Nuclear Power Station in Pennsylvania, following an automatic scram due to electric transients. The event is expected to end on May 23.
