Consumer Co-Operative Refineries, on April 15, will begin a 45-day planned maintenance turnaround of the 26,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Fluid Catalytic Cracker Unit (FCCU), 10,000-BBL/d Delayed Coker and 22,000-BBL/d Gasoline Hydrotreater at its 130,000-BBL/d refinery in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Esso Belgium NV, an ExxonMobil subsidiary, started a major plant-wide maintenance turnaround at its 270,000-BBL/d Antwerp Refinery in Belgium in early April. The completion is expected in late May.

Total Refining & Chemicals continues with an unplanned shutdown of its 230,000-BBL/d Donges Refinery in France, due to strike actions that began March 29. The restart is tentatively expected around April 21.

Shandong Dongming Petrochemical Group Company, on April 2, began a 45-day planned plant-wide maintenance turnaround at its 180,000-BBL/d Heze Refinery in Shandong, China. The turnaround includes 12 major units and other downstream support units. The restart is expected by May 16.
