Esso Belgium NV, an ExxonMobil subsidiary, started a major plant-wide maintenance turnaround at its 270,000-BBL/d Antwerp Refinery in Belgium in early April. The completion is expected in late May.
Total Refining & Chemicals continues with an unplanned shutdown of its 230,000-BBL/d Donges Refinery in France, due to strike actions that began March 29. The restart is tentatively expected around April 21.
Shandong Dongming Petrochemical Group Company, on April 2, began a 45-day planned plant-wide maintenance turnaround at its 180,000-BBL/d Heze Refinery in Shandong, China. The turnaround includes 12 major units and other downstream support units. The restart is expected by May 16.
