Indonesia's PT Merdeka Sees Promise in Tujuh Bukit Gold Mine, an Industrial Info Market Brief

PT Multi Nitrotama Kimia (MNK), a subsidiary of Dyno Nobel, is contracted to handle blasting services at PT Bumi Suksesindo's (BSI) Tujuh Bukit Mine, Banyuwangi gold mine in East Java, Indonesia, up to 2024. PT BSI estimates it can save up to $1 million annually through its contract with MNK.

The Tujuh Bukit Mine currently has three pits with a 4 million-ton per annum capacity of gold ore: B-West, B-East and Pit A. PT BSI also plans to open Pit C sometime in the future.
