Montreal-based Imaflex Incorporated (TSX-V:IFX.A ) is investing $10 million to refurbish the old Tyco Plastics building at 1200 Unity Street in Thomasville, North Carolina, which had been shuttered since December of 2003, where it will produce plastic packaging materials.
The new plant will be Imaflexs first U.S. manufacturing location and is expected to be operational on October 3, 2005. Imaflex has plans for future expansion at the site.
