EQM Stops Some Work on Mountain Valley Pipeline - EQM Midstream Partners LP (NYSE:EQM) told U.S. federal regulators the company would stop some work on its long-delayed Mountain Valley natural gas pipeline from West Virginia to Virginia as the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service reviews permits. Despite the delay, analysts on Friday said they expect Mountain Valley will enter service in the third or fourth quarter of 2020. (Projects 300393622, 300183147) (Reuters)

Encana in for Several Drilling Projects in Permian - This Houston Chronicle article discusses how Canadian oil company Encana (TSX:ECA) is preparing for a large round of horizontal drilling in the Permian Basin. Encana has filed for 101 drilling permits in Texas so far this year. Out of those projects, 89 were in the Permian Basin. The other 12 were in the Eagle Ford Shale of South Texas. (Houston Chronicle)
