Motiva Enterprises LLC restarted the 49,000-BBL/d CRU 4 (Catalytic Reformer) unit on November 7 at its 600,000 b/d Port Arthur, Texas, refinery, after it was shut down the same day.
WRB continues with the process of restarting the 50,000-BBL/d CR-1 Catalytic Reformer at its 355,000-BBL/d Wood River refinery in Roxana, Illinois, following planned maintenance that began on October 8. The restart began on November 6 and is expected to be complete by the upcoming weekend.

LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez LLC has scheduled planned maintenance at its 354,561-BBL/d Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez Refinery in Russia. Maintenance for the 120,000-BBL/d ABT-6 (Crude 04); 72,000-BBL/d ABT-6 (Vacuum 04); 22,000-BBL/d Gasoline Hydrotreater (GO BKK); and 40,000-BBL/d Fluid Catalytic Cracker (UKK-2) units is expected to kick off in mid-April 2020, with a gradual restart before the end of May next year.
Saras Raffinerie Sarde SpA has completed planned maintenance at its 329,000-BBL/d Saras Refinery in Italy. Maintenance for the 41,000-BBL/d RT1 Visbreaker Unit, which began in late September, was completed in late October.
Petrobras continues with maintenance repairs at its 251,000-BBL/d REVAP Refinery in Brazil. The major, planned turnaround for the lone Crude unit; 121,000-BBL/d Vacuum; 31,500-BBL/d Delayed Coker; 18,000-BBL/d Diesel Hydrotreater; and associated units began on September 26, and will be completed by November 10.
