Public Service Company of New Mexico took the 361-megawatt (MW) San Juan 01 unit offline on January 25 at its San Juan Generating Station in New Mexico due to a boiler tube leak. This event is expected to end January 28.
Talen Energy Corporation took 137.17 MW offline from the Susquehanna 02 unit, today, January 26, at its Susquehanna Nuclear Power Station in Pennsylvania. The unit is coasting down in preparation for an upcoming refueling outage and operating at 89%. This event is expected to end March 19.
Georgia Power Company took 79.47 MW offline from the Hatch 02 unit, today, January 26, at its Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Power Station in Georgia in preparation for refueling. The unit is running at 91% capacity, and this event is expected to end February 6.
