Entergy Louisiana LLC is awaiting approval to begin startup activities on the 1,176-megawatt (MW) Waterford 03 Steam Turbine (ST) unit, following Hurricane Ida, at its Waterford Three Nuclear Power Station in Louisiana. Although on-site power has been restored, there are significant transmission line repairs ongoing in the surrounding area, and it could be another week before the unit can begin returning online. There was no significant damage to the nuclear buildings, but there was some damage to various non-nuclear structures. br>
