South Korea's LG Chemical Plans to Spend $786 Million on Projects

KOFU, JAPAN--September 23, 2021--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--South Korea's largest chemical manufacturer, LG Chemical Limited (Seoul), plans to conduct a 47-day planned turnaround of the 2,800 million-pound-per-year ethylene unit at its Daesan South Korea Chemicals facility beginning September 30. The turnaround date was brought forward from March, 2023 to address process safety management (PSM).
