ExxonMobil, on January 27, will shut down the 135,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Crude Pipe Still 7 Unit for 45 days of planned maintenance at its 557,000-BBL/d refinery in Baytown, Texas.

ExxonMobil, on January 5, began shutdown procedures on the 110,000-BBL/d PCLA 2 (Fluid Catalytic Cracker Unit - FCCU) to perform three to four weeks of required repairs and maintenance at its 500,000-BBL/d refinery in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Separately, a major eight-week turnaround of the 110,000-BBL/d PCLA 3 (FCCU) will begin in mid-February, after the PCLA 2 is back online.

Pemex TRI, on January 9, completed a planned turnaround of the 163,000-BBL/d Crude Primaria 2, 90,000-BBL/d Vacuum 2 and 40,000-BBL/d FCCU 1 at its 325,000-BBL/d refinery in Salina Cruz, Mexico.

International
Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) continues operating its 760,000-BBL/d Jamnagar SEZ Refinery in India at approximately 93% capacity. The 380,000-BBL/d Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) 1 and 380,000-BBL/d CDU 2 are operating at 89% and 97%, respectively. The units are tentatively expected to resume full throughput by January 25.

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) continues operating the 144,000-BBL/d CDU 2 at its 300,000-BBL/d Mangalore Refinery in India at 97% due to production planning. The unit is tentatively expected to resume full throughput by January 25.

Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL) continues operating the 232,000-BBL/d (design capacity: 210,000 BBL/d) Manali Refinery in India at 86% due to production planning. The 66,000-BBL/d CDU 1 is operating at 76%, the 86,000-BBL/d CDU 2 at 88%, and the CDU 3 at 94%. The units are tentatively expected to resume full throughput by January 25.
