API Chief Wraps Oil and Gas Industry in the Flag of Progress in Annual Address

In his annual "State of American Energy" (SOAE) speech on January 12, Mike Sommers, president and chief executive at the American Petroleum Institute (API) (Washington, D.C.), borrowed heavily from GE's brand legacy, invoking the word "progress" 10 times.
