France to Add 11 GW of Solar Capacity by 2025

NEW DELHI--June 23, 2022--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--During the first quarter of 2022, 484 megawatts (MW) of solar power capacity was connected to France's national grid, according to the French Ministry of Ecological Transition. France's installed capacity of solar power has now reached 14.6 gigawatts (GW).
France's energy road map aims for an additional 11 GW in installed solar power capacity by 2025, or nearly double the current capacity.
