Donald Trump returns to the White House on Monday to start his second, non-consecutive term in office. During his previous term, he revised the North American Free Trade Agreement with Canada and Mexico, but has now pledged to impose a 25% tariff on imports from both countries, ostensibly to curb the flow of illegal immigrants and illegal drugs.
