Empresa Mendocina de Energia SA (EMESA) has recently started operations at its Calmuco natural gas liquefaction satellite plant in Mendoza, Argentina. The company, with Galileo Technologies SA (technology provider), installed necessary facilities to extract and liquefy in place, to obtain up to 80,000 cubic meters per day of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and transport it through a virtual natural gas pipeline.
