ASB Biodiesel Resumes Construction of $164 Million Plant in Hong Kong

SUGAR LAND--November 10, 2011--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Investor-owned ASB Biodiesel Hong Kong Limited (North Point, Hong Kong) has resumed construction of its $164 million biodiesel plant in Tseung Kwan, Hong Kong. Construction came to a halt more than a year ago due to a funding shortage and budget overruns. The project is funded by private investors and Al Salam Bank-Bahrain.
