TransCanada's Mountaineer XPress Pipeline Placed into Service - The U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has given permission for TransCanada (NYSE:TRP) to place the Mountaineer Xpress natural gas pipeline in West Virginia into full service. Construction is being pushed back because the Minnesota permitting process won't be complete until November, and the federal permits won't be received until as long as 60 days after that. (Project 300158904) (Bloomberg)
