July 17, 2025--Written by Amir Richani for Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Expro Group Holdings (Houston, Texas) has signed a three-year contract with Woodside Energy Group (Perth) and Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) (Mexico City, Mexico) to support the development of the Trion deepwater field, located offshore Tampico, Mexico, in the Perdido Fold Belt area. Investments in the development, which is Mexico's first deepwater asset, are projected to exceed US$10 billion. Expro's services will encompass tubular running and cementing services, as well as TRS casing, completion and drilling support.
