BEIJING--October 11, 2013--Researched by Industrial Info Resources China (Beijing, China)--On October 8, 2013, Shandong Electric Power Construction No.2 Company (SEPCO2) (Jinan, Shandong) announced that the first unit of Shaanxi Huadian Yuheng Coal & Power Company Limited's (Yulin, Shaanxi) Yuheng Power Plant was ready to begin operations. This follows the initial startup of the steam turbine on August 28, and the unit's combined commissioning on September 29.
