I Squared Capital Acquires Philippines' Largest Storage Terminal

Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--I Squared Capital (Miami, Florida) has acquired full ownership of Philippine Coastal Storage & Pipeline Corporation (PCSPC) from Keppel Infrastructure Trust (Singapore) and Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (Pasig, Philippines). PCSPC operates the largest independent petroleum import terminal in the Philippines, with a storage capacity of 6.3 million barrels accounting for more than 20% of the country's fuel import storage. Its assets also include the Clark Airbase storage facility and a 94-kilometer pipeline network across Luzon.

To meet rising domestic energy demand, I Squared Capital plans to expand storage capacity and diversify into biofuels and sustainable aviation fuel storage.
