GALWAY, IRELAND--August 11, 2014 --Written by Martin Lynch, European News Editor for Industrial Info (Galway, Ireland) Construction of the first phase of the Borkum West II windfarm in the German North Sea has been completed and will now move to the commissioning phase. Glasgow-based SgurrEnergy, which has been providing technical advice on the project, announced that the last of the 40 turbines in now in place.
