Parque Eolico SAPEM Inaugurates Phase III of Arauco Windfarm in Argentina

CORDOBA, ARGENTINA--October 31, 2013--Researched by Industrial Info Resources Latin America (Cordoba, Argentina)--This month, Parque Eolico SAPEM (La Rioja, Argentina) inaugurated the 25.1-megawatt (MW) Phase III of the Arauco windfarm, located 20 kilometers south of Aimogasta city, in the La Rioja province of Argentina. With the start of Phase III operations, the windfarm reached a generating capacity of 50.2 MW. The first and second phases were inaugurated by the Argentinean government in May 2011.
