Petroterminal de Panama SA is planning a plant expansion to increase the terminal storage capacity at its Pacifico Crude Oil Terminal in Puerto Armuelles, Panama. The plant is designed for a 7,100,000-barrel storage capacity, and an expected three-phase tank addition program will allow for a total capacity of 7,800,000 barrels.
