Several other large grassroot chemical plant projects are projected to kick off in Louisiana in 2011. Among these are plans by Air Products & Chemicals Incorporated (NYSE:APD) (Allentown, Pennsylvania) for a grassroot hydrogen plant in Luling, Louisiana, which has an estimated cost of $245 million.
