TC Energy to Proceed with Construction of Keystone XL Crude Oil Pipeline
SUGAR LAND--April 1, 2020--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Following the announcement of a US$1.1 billion equity investment by the government of Alberta, TC Energy Corporation (NYSE:TRP) (Calgary, Alberta) said it will proceed with construction of the Keystone XL crude oil pipeline, a project that has been in limbo for more than a decade. The 830,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) pipeline will carry crude oil from Alberta to Steele City, Nebraska, where it will join an existing pipeline to the Texas Gulf Coast.
