Dow Chemical continues a turnaround of the 1,425 million-pound-per-year Hydrocarbon 1 ethylene unit at its petrochemical plant in St. Charles (Taft), Louisiana. The unit shut down in mid-August and expectations are to attempt a restart on November 1.
