Marathon Petroleum, on April 4, will begin 35 days of planned maintenance on the 20,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Diesel Hydrotreater (ULSD) and 20,000-BBL/d Gasoline Hydrotreater (GHT) at its 92,000-BBL/d refinery in Canton, Ohio.
Pemex TRI continues with a shutdown of the 150,000-BBL/d Combinada Primaria 1 (Crude) unit at its 315,000-BBL/d Miguel Hidalgo (Tula De Allende) refinery in Mexico, due to inventory controls related to company finances. The restart date is unknown at this time.
International
Gazprom Neft PAO, in early March, shut down the 70,000-BBL/d ABT-7 (Crude 2) and 42,000-BBL/d ABT-7 (Vacuum 2) units at its 400,000-BBL/d Omsk Refinery in Russia for economic reasons. The restart is tentatively planned for late March.
Total Refining & Chemicals is preparing to restart its 230,000-BBL/d Donges Refinery in France after being shut down December 1, 2020 due to low demand as a result of COVID-19. The restart is expected by March 21.
Mozyr Oil Refinery, in early March, started a one-month planned maintenance turnaround of the LK-6U N1 Complex at its 157,500-BBL/d Mozyr Refinery in Belarus.
