Valero Refining has been forced to reduce production rates by approximately 20% at its 190,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Memphis, Tennessee, refinery, due to low levels on the Mississippi River that have caused incoming and outgoing shipping issues. The duration for the event is unknown at this time.
