Pemex TRI continues with the final phases of construction and startup of its 340,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Dos Bocas Olmeca Refinery in Mexico. Pemex is currently starting up auxiliary services, and once that is complete and operations are successful, the company will start up processing units. The first crude run is not expected until late 2023 or even 2024.
