As part of the Agogo Phase 2 project, the oil and gas major is moving ahead with inviting bidders for the installation of offshore production facilities.
An expression of interest is a first step before more detailed requests for proposal or tender are issued to shortlisted bidders.
The project includes the installation of a floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel with a capacity of 120,000 barrels per day (BBL/d), along with a subsea production system, umbilicals, risers and flowlines. As published in Upstream, the selection of an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) firm is expected in first-quarter 2022.
