They will discuss the contributing factors of electrostatic discharge and offer ways that HILCO products can reduce the varnish formation caused by discharge.
Mike will share firsthand knowledge on how HILCO filtration systems can make a difference when it comes to varnish removal by presenting in-depth case studies on HILCO-implemented solutions featuring ionic exchange technology. Mineral oil systems are not the only place where varnish formation can cause havoc. Electro-hydraulic control systems also experience varnish formation with phosphate ester fluids. Mike and Greg will provide HILCO's solution for removing acid and reducing TAN numbers in these types of systems.
