Phillips 66 is continuing with unplanned repairs on the 150,000-BBL/d fluid catalytic cracking unit (FCCU) at its 230,000-BBL/d Bayway Refinery in Linden, New Jersey, after the unit was shut down due to a leak on February 6. Current expectations are to complete repairs and restart the unit by mid-March.
Suncor will conduct an 8-week planned maintenance turnaround, beginning May 4, on the 175,000-BBL/d Delayed Coker 2 (Plant 52) at its upgrader in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada.
International
Woodside Petroleum has resumed operations at its NWS Karratha LNG Production Plant in Western Australia, after temporarily halting operations due to Tropical Cyclone Damien.
Ryazan NPK CJSC has scheduled a planned maintenance shutdown of the 60,000-BBL/d ABT-1 (Crude 1) and 36,000-BBL/d ABT-14 (Vacuum 1) (and associated) units at its 397,000-BBL/d Ryazan Refinery in Russia. The shutdown is scheduled to begin in early April and will take approximately five weeks to complete.
Essar Oil UK is still on schedule for an intermediary, 45-day planned maintenance turnaround on four units, to kick off March 2, at its 220,000-BBL/d Stanlow Refinery in the U.K.
