PSEG Nuclear LLC's 1,210-megawatt (MW) Hope Creek 01 unit at its PSEG Hope Creek Nuclear Generating Station in New Jersey was forced offline today, May 25, due to a condenser vacuum seal issue. This event is expected to end May 26.
The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation has rescheduled the restart of the 130-MW Arizona 01, Arizona 02 and Arizona 03 units at its Hoover Dam Hydro Power Station in Nevada. The restart is now expected June 5.
Arizona Public Service Company took 49.88 MW offline from the Palo Verde 03 unit on May 25 at its Palo Verde Nuclear Power Station in Arizona. The unit is operating at 96% and ramping up after a refueling. This event is expected to end today.
