France's Agence Française de Développement (AFD) is giving $300 million to the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), including $245 million to Nigeria's Northern Corridor Transmission Project and $55 million to the Sokoto-Kaura Namoda-Katsina double-circuit line.
